In Worldbuilder, go to Scripts. Create a new script, keep the IF True bit, in the Then bit,add new part, go to Player, find the CP one and have the player as "All Players" and choose your CP limit.

Hey

I did that cp limit thing but when a player dies then the script stops working and command points go to normal again.

What I did was just modify unit command points to zero, don't know if it works in a map script though.
It has been reported that some victims of rape, during the act, would retreat into a fantasy world from which they could not WAKE UP. In this catatonic state, the victim lived in a world just like their normal one, except they weren't being raped. The only way that they realized they needed to WAKE UP was a note they found in their fantasy world. It would tell them about their condition, and tell them to WAKE UP. Even then, it would often take months until they were ready to discard their fantasy world and PLEASE WAKE UP

It's not that the script stops working, it's just that killing a player increases the CP of the remaining players from what the normal usually is.

Try unticking the "Deactivate upon succes" button in the script window, so that your CP script is constantly evaulating :p If that doesn't work, you might have to make scripts along the lines of IF: Player X is killed THEN: Set CP to ***
