well dont they have anime conventions in other places too? lol
Basically, it's the biggest anime/gaming thing in the entire country held each year, there's a huge dealer's room for you to buy anything you ever wanted that're related to anime, or jsut awsome things in general, Swords, weapons, airsoft, you name it they got it.
also there's panals and autograph sessions and other stuff. showrooms for new animes, and a giant area for gaming. they have tons of stuff there for you to enjoy, all free of course.

In Singapore...we get zip...cuse alot of the ppl here are not very liberal, typical asian society, lol. Just about the only asina country that doesn't have this problem is japan

I think there's like 2 that happen in Canada, one is Anime North over in Toronto and the other I'm not sure.
