I hate to sound like some five-year-old, but does anyone on these forums actually play Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, or intend to play them when they come out in their respective countries? I imported mine from the US so I got in early!

my cousin is thirty two with three children, and he plays pokemon? Big deal,no? I have up to elmerald, i want to get the one that allows for the overpowered Tyranitar, if you raise those from birth in the new game they are OMG IMBA.

I have Pearl - I also got an imported version a good few months back (it worked out cheaper than the UK version too...)

It's an alright game. Good for a quick time wasting session anyway.

Back on topic, I've got an onyx DS Lite, and Diamond. Always been a Pokenut, always will (except anything besides the core game series. Shows, spinoffs, and all that other crap? Eugh.).

I'm crap at any kind of multiplayer, be it shooters, RTSs, RPGs, you name it. Mind you, Pokémon has always been my forte so perhaps that will make a difference. God how I hate EV training.

I have Yellow, Silver, Crystal, Saffire and Ruby. TBH Crystal was by FAR the best, especially after doing Silver first. All these new creatures are stupid, the first 256 are the only true ones.

I don't play any of these anymore though, I just forgot about them over time I guess.

the old pokemon got buffed in Diomand/Pearl, Tyranitar is still the best pokemon, lol.

The emulators are still all fairly early, development wise, so they generally don't work properly anyway.

What kind of a person doesn't have a DS? My mum has a DS. That makes her cooler than you.

jepp, in Diamond he has thunder fang, ice fang, fire fang, crunch, dark pulse, earthquake, hyperbeam, Dark pulse, and more imbalanced moves.

But he does create a never-ending Sandstorm when he comes out, which can wreck your team. That's why I don't use him.

that's why you have all ground types, or you spam tyranitars.
