If they can use it openly on the net for anyone to not only see, but also download - why in the friggin heck should it be illegal to put it in a mod. It's not a game, it's not a model, it's not a skin. You can't do squat with it, but watch it, and enjoy it in true LOTRs spirit. I see no difference and motive why it should be ok on a website but not ok in a mod... But we'll see what EA says, or not (which they wont).
All things considered... I'm not trying to be a jerk and I'm not trying to do something wrong. I'm trying to make BFME2 into one of the best BFME2 mods you can ever play (if you love the movies look upon Tolkien's work like I do), and thus wanna buy EA's game, if you haven't already. Win/win-situation... The video is just an iceing on the cake. =p
