Sorry to interrupt, but I have a couple of questions about your mod (which by the way, i loved after the first three seconds):

first of all, how do the gondor captains work... do they provide leadership or what?

second, what do you meanby "upgraded dunedain camp"

and finally, (sorry for so many questions), how exactly does denethor fight? I mean, from what I can gather, he uses a sword.... is that correct

Thanks!

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by frost.

From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken:
The crownless again shall be king.

And as if in answer there came from far away another note.
Horns, horns, horns. In dark Mindolluin's sides they dimly echoed.
Great horns of the North wildly blowing. Rohan had come at last!

'Upgraded Dunedain Camp' means this:

You capture a mini-faction point as Gondor, you decide to build a Dunedain of Lost Arnor mini-faction building on it. The initial appearance of the Dunedain Camp is just that, a camp with a fireplace and tents where you can do all the stuff you do with mini-faction buildings (train heroes, units/purchase mini-faction upgrades and activate mini-faction-specific powers).
Then mid-game you notice that your Dunedain Camp is sustaining heavy damage from enemy attacks, fortunately the mini-faction upgrade for the northern Dunedain lets you "upgrade" (purchase the thing with resources by clicking on it) the Dunedain Camp into a "Reclaimed Watchtower" (yes, it's a bit unrealistic having a Weathertop look-a-like popping out of nowhere, but hey the objective is enjoyment, not exact precision). A Reclaimed Watchtower can take more damage than an unupgraded Dunedain Camp and provides a special feature (which I'll leave to someone else - like a coder or Dain - to detail so I won't end up giving false information). It's also a passive upgrade, so the Dunedain mini-faction building will remain like that until it's destroyed and you build a new Camp (might need confirmation here Dain), or you win or lose the game.

I've got a question...what is the purpose of the multiple banner options available to the Rhun Lieutenant (sp?)? I would assume they're for various aesthitic (sp?) changes, or provide different varieties of leadership.
Cheers,

it should be mirkwood's captain ( the one that unit gets when levelling up, istead of banner carrier ) but there is probably some coding mistake cause he is using bow anim on that screenshoot but he should use only sword anims.

For my defense, that screenshot is very very old and he is now exclusively using his sword :good:

you be able to have all three if there is enough plots on the map :p also all three of the same mini-faction, as there's no limit on how many you can have :xd: (atleast yet... but hey, heroes can't be re-purchased as you should know :ohmy: ;))
