Sounds good imo, sinds Morgul is a lot cooler than Angmar.
It has been reported that some victims of rape, during the act, would retreat into a fantasy world from which they could not WAKE UP. In this catatonic state, the victim lived in a world just like their normal one, except they weren't being raped. The only way that they realized they needed to WAKE UP was a note they found in their fantasy world. It would tell them about their condition, and tell them to WAKE UP. Even then, it would often take months until they were ready to discard their fantasy world and PLEASE WAKE UP

morgul was a part of mordor. i would only see sense of having morgul as a minifaction. also with the inclusion of arnor, angmar should remain. if you want morgul badly enough than why don't you add it also without replacing angmar

The only hero in Angmar that is really worth playing is the Wiki, and he's the head honcho of Minas Morgul as well anyways. :p
He who bears skill but lacks effort, makes himself inferior to those who have no skill but try nonetheless.

The reason why Angmar is only in campaign is because the mod is about the WotR and the stuff from the Hobbit. Angmar was hundreds of years before that...

Aye, normal Angmar walls are fine for unupgraded (perhaps slightly re-skinned) while fortress upgrade with morgul sorcery gives the walls the cool morgul fx. The upgraded morgul fortress will also be given the green fx right?

Hmm, maybe you could combine the coolest parts of both factions and tweak them a bit.

For Example, you would have a select few of Angmar units and Minas Morgul units combined, because since the WK started both, then they would be similiar, (I think). But will Minas Morgul be a minifaction

But what I like most is balance, so please try to keep the number of good and evil factions equal. Other than that, you cant go wrong

I actually agree with el kevo on this one, and besides, how would Morgul be different from Mordor? :unsure:
