Hi guys,
Sounds like I am a noob butt it is true. :(
I want to know how to insert a text box.. I mean something to write to each other like this. :lol:

I want to know how to insert a file that you can download.

adding a simple download is easy (unless you have to do some setup on the server....) You just put a link to the file's URL.

I don't know about the text box.
