much FlameGuard. now i need to delete the spear and replace it with a sword. the sword i want to use is the
one the peasents get when they get drafted. (it looks the most Rohan). so how do i do this?? remember i no

To answer your question: you need to apply the skin to the model and then you'll probably have to remap it with the UVW Mapping. Then, if you want it to use the gondor fighter animations you'll have to make sure that the model is binded to the gondor fighter skeleton and correctly referenced in the code.
The tutorials cover all these steps...

cuz i didnt get the binding one
it confused me.
oh, and i almost forgot, i need to put the barraks and spearmen in the game first. so how do i code in a building and then units into those buildings??
I REALLY need some help. i totally do not get the binding tutorial. i have no idea wat it wants me to do. i have my model with the sword in hand but know wat do i do?????????????????????

-make sure you have done everything you want to do and have the skeleton and model in the right place
-make the wwskin object: create tab->space warps->wwskin->place anywhere
-addd all the bones to the wwskin
-use the bind to spacewarp tool (squiggly lines with a square) to attach the model to the wwskin
-rig up the verticies: select model->click modify tab->click the + next to wwskin binding->click verticies->select all the verticies->click auto link
-export the model with the correct settings and check the animation looks right, if not you may have to touch up some bits by selecting the inidvidual verticies and linking them to the correct bone.
