me too waiting for this mod like crazy.i played all of the bfme2,rotwk games and mods but this one is clearly best one.

Good news, the EvilMen fortress is finally ingame! The team is currently working on textures, art and that sort of stuff.

NICE!!! The release should hopefully be before the Holidays, for these months of working on my mod, my machinimas, and my REAL jobs for REAL clients will pay off perfectly!!! Why won't WotR have an improved SEE version, though?

G'day EofE

We can only do so much at a time mate. We are a very small group of people doing this. And we can only work on this mod so much, as we all have our own jobs to do. It has been suggested many times before but honestly we have hundreds of other things that need doing in this mod and I doubt that the mod will be expanding to the wotr feature any time in the near future. Of course we'd love it to but like I said we can only do so much at a time. :p

So I thought the work was nearly done, but I suppose Mounth of Sauron is not active in this forum now.

Mouth of Sauron's work has no connection with the S.E.E. mod he is just another gamer who has played around with modding bfme2. :p a talented gamer but still no connection :(

This is all that will happen as far as I'm aware

1. The next beta will be released.

2. After the beta is released then the bug hunt begins. Nazgul opens up a new thread for all gamers to post any bugs they have found.

3. Then finding those bugs ourselves we can then fix them.

Only after these are done can we then start on new matters like all the great ideas like wotr, splitting gondor and rohan, making the new campaign etc. :p But I will bring wotr up with the others as soon as the bug hunt finishes. Mouth of Sauron has done some great work. It would be cool to apply it to S.E.E. in my oppinion :p

how many guys are still active on the mod ?

(It's a very long time that we haven't heard about some of the major contributors in the forums incl. Nazgul)

just worried about the future of the mod :p

Guest, the mod is definitely still active and some great progress has been made...all thats left is a little more adding/changing and a bit of fine-tuning. The EvilMen fortress has just been put ingame, so that is a great step in the right direction. :p
Also, I would suggest registering on the forums if you like the mod :lol:

A lot has been happening with the team in the real world so their hasn't been much time to post on the forum. I'm still moddelling away and mordor slayer is always taking care of the forum and marketing and helping me out with judgment calls on my moddelling :p Always good to get a second oppinion :lol:

SEE + BFME2 = the best BFME experience available.

Could the Arnor and Angmar factions be added like in RJ's mod? (Maybe RJ would let you use his code, models, etc.?) Then SEE would be unbeatable!

I don't think that has much to do about the topic of the thread ( release date :grin: ) but while you have brought it up :p I don't think we had any plans for adding angmar as most of us agreed it was not the best work EA has ever done. Although I do recall hearing about using a few of the models, animations and other things from the expansion pack.

Back on topic I'm sorry to say their is still no word on the next beta release. Sorry guys :sad:
