I think you can just replace the animation.

Anyway, it looks good.

So, how exactly does this differ from a regular factory? Or is it just one more?

so is this factory type unique like a

WeaponsFactory=yes Helipad=yes

Or does it simply effect how unit looks like when it leaves a factory like the airstrip tag you thinking of implmenting (e.g. a plane dropping off a unit)

If only Turn-A-Gamer was still active. I remember a topic of his on Sleipnir's Stuff dating back to 2002, where he had attemped to make such a factory. He'd be very happy. (and Gamemate too is happy I think :))

I think it would be more awesome if the unit appears where the really point has been set. Now it's only a graphical variation of the war factory...

Well in all honesty - I do believe that there was a line some where that dictated the origin from the units came out. Based what I can see from this - its just a new location coming out. The rest is just graphics. I mean the idea is kewl - needs better building graphics but I'm not hearing the coding possibilities!?

Now that video looks like a drop pod code - which can bring promise but not quite as crisp as a nod landing pad. But if that can create map triggers then maybe you can bring in units that arrive by tunneling.
