Hi all,

As always Wars of Arda is on the lookout for new staff.

As well as the skinners, modellers, mappers, photoshoppers and concept artists were always looking for, and the holy grails we desperately hope for (a 3d animator and a music guy), I have a specific post i want to find someone for.

Basically ive been doing almost all the coding for the mod myself. Now its a pretty huge mod (current stats for the era we are working on is 7 factions, 104 heroes, with 6 more and 4 "hero ships" to come) and an unspeakable number of units, minifactions etc.

ive got a huge amount done (i really must get around to updating the site, lol) but some things are getting a little neglected. Basically I would like a second coder, who can assist with making FX, making hero and unit powers look cooler, doing alternate formations for units, and a lot of stuff like that (im happy to keep all teh boring bits myself).

requirements are the following:

-knows how to code to a good level
-knows how to the fx creator program, and put FX in game
-is able to keep track of the changes theve made and send them to me in a format i can use
-has some initiative and ideas of their own (part of my problem is i dont have teh imagination to make a lot of cool looking powers
