looks good
the dark hole on that side thing could be changed to a door (un-modeled "holes" look ugly)
some arrow slits below the roof would be nice aswell, and preferably a darker roof

Hmm yes maybe, if I get it right because the mapping of skin on that part is kinda funny but Ill try to change that but those arrow things are no no no. How can they shoot up there if they just sacrifice for Melkor at the bottom floor :p

Thanks for the advice :p I will do that as soon as your forums are up again, or atleast I cant enter them atm.

@jimmyman: Well it isnt hard at all, the model was propably the most easiest possible thing to do and the skin well it was just ALOT of brushes :)

Heh yes sure try it :xd: Download Photoshop trial or something and try out the skinning :) Not that hard really and much more fun than coding ;)
But now I have pic with the quite nice skins if I may say. Its redone Gloin and unupgraded Bilbo for "ABC"

Yea, they look nice, real nice, but yea that dwarfen hero FX always annoyed me.
And Bilbo didn't have grey hair his whole life. Used to be black.

It is supposed to be young Bilbo which according to my vision, has slightly orange hair ;)
The dwarven FX I still have to fix.
