Second, have you patched up? Have you played any other mods?

yes, if you have downloaded and played TEA or some other mod that adds another faction, that might be the problem .
if the last skirmish team you played on was the elves, or another added faction, simply play a game as one of the default skirmish teams. with the mod that adds the new skrmish team.
or if this has not made any sense, and you do not care about your skirmish profile, go and delete this file in

C:/Documents ans Settings/"user name"/Application Data/My Battle fo Middle-Earth Files /"skirmishprofilename"SkirmishStats

do not copy the code and place it in your adress bar.

I don't know what caused the first error. I just went onto my site and was able to download the mod without any problem. Can you try downloading it again? Or perhaps in a different browser?

To fix the second error you need to patch your game to patch 1.03

Then you need to delete your skirmish stats

%appdata%

If you don't want to lose your stats, try running the game with Elvenstar, then play as an original faction. Then quit and restart with GTO's stuff.

If you do that and it still causes any errors you might have to remove the elvenstar mod (if possible... the older versions of that mod forces you to reinstall bfme).

But first things first, try what mh_gollum said and see if that works.
