Ok, so now im hosted,

Now a site, what do i do for that? just make it and give it to you guys or what?

You use an FTP program like Filezilla, fill in the details you were given in the hosting email and upload your site there. In Filezilla simply drag and drop the files there via the window to the left or via Windows Explorer (provided you're using a Windows OS at this moment).

Yea, or get some free template...and adapt it to your needs and credit the author of the template, of course.
