does NPSE support RGBSHP?

please stop spreading false information.Apparently CNCVK made 24-bit possible in like RPCE or something, but the it wasn't fully supported then.
RPCE have SHp16 format support, which have 16-bit color depth.
Because it isn't working or working incorrect on some computers, I had decision to remove it.
Also old SHP16 format isn't compatible with fast remapping.
yes, SHP16 files need a dummy palette.AFAIK they have to have a pal file specified to work (like a gif file etc).
I think about new format, but it needs more memory.

How much money do you need? I think the RGBSHP is a salutary thing for MODers and Players of the whole world, so I can help you, but I have only RMB......
