Here I am with another render. It is a Mordor unit called Cult priest, found among the tribes of eastern Middle-Earth. A key unit when coming to leading these tribal warriors.
Also, there are some buttons that haven't been shown to the public yet.

well he's a support unit for the tribal warriors of the east.
his blow-horn animation will be used as a sort of boost for nearby units.
he will also be able to give his allies prophesies from time to time, making allied units go rampage.
he can get upgraded with steed (mounted model) and chain mail (slightly changed skin), each for some §100.
