Some Mod SDK questions

yeah i was wondering if anyone knew if the the 3dsmax 9 plugins worked with the 64-bit version cuz i'm having a bit of trouble. any answers would be great

ummm, that's my point - it just says 3ds max 9, and there's a 64 bit and 32 bit version. i don't see why the 64 bit version wouldn't work, but then again, it is EA, so i really wouldn't expect them to know. i think it's a matter of the .dll that comes with the sdk that you have to put in the directory - it could only be supported by the 32 bit version. anybody have any ideas?

About all you can do is try. I don't know if it will work on the 64 bit one, as it was likely only compiled for 32 bit. If the 64 bit one is compatible with 32 bit plugins, you should be set.

to me it looks like there is such plugin folder in my MOD SDK folder

3ds max 9 doesn`t work with W3D as skinning before to export W3X.
3ds Max 7 does.
3ds Max 7 does.
