Yeah, scrin growth dudes help alleviate the endgame problem, but unless you are scrin or have a scrin buddy...


Maybe we could make a Scrin if it has an ally build growth Acc next to its allies base. Interesting :xcahik_:

By the way, getting my hands on my new system soon I reckon. Crossfire R600 with athlon 6000+... oh yeah. I'll be able to do some testing for ya.

Moving slowly since my mega-comp is waiting on a mobo-exchange as I believe it died last Oct 5th so my old comp can't handle C&C3 :huh:

Ahh, I see. Well that is bit of a discouragement, but I wish that your computer comes back to life!

I hope your old computer isn't as bad as mine.

Old Comp = Built brand new June'03 consists of P4 2.8 OC'ed to 3.08Ghz, 1gb PC-3500 DL Ram, MSI Neo Mobo, ATi X800XT, 2xHDD U-160 SCSI + 1 Sata drive. The ATI card is really the newest part of that comp when an X800XT was big sh*t back in Nov'04. My latest comp completely and utterly steamrolls over the old one + its massively OC'ed by 1Ghz!!! :O

Don't feel discouraged -- I'd like, however, some people who were working on the C&C3 AI to step-up a little more and do the "tactics" side of the scripting (ie. get GDI rocket troops to garrison into the APC).

I wouldn't say at all your PC is that horrible... it is almost as good as mine... Although my graphics is the worst part of my PC, with only 64bit interfacing. Ugh, GeForce7300LE 256MB, which is my main lagging factor of my computer.

Mobo replacement came in today and all is working. Just need to get back to my super overclock levels I was before all this happened. Best CPU cooler will now fully assist with that so I can get back to C&C3 AI again. :good:

I would but 1 I feel better when our team Eg me and you XD are both able to exchange code and test.
2. Everytime I make a change it wont work
3. I still need help learning this stuff I got the basics but need some help.

Its currently 10 past 1 in the morning here So sleep soon I will take a look in the working when I get up and take a look at the scipts. I will give it a shot and post results remeber tomorrow patch 1.09 Is released Apoc assured this and we will be able to test Ballance vs Ai Also ;)

Also Nice to hear about the new pc :)

Thats fine.. I am conversing with HOSTILE from these forums also about C&C3 Advanced AI.

I still can't understand why you can't get simple stuff for the AI working like making a change for the AI's placement of buildings. Works perfectly here.

I have a proposil then. Would you extract the files needed for their opening builds edit so some what extent and send my way so I could test and then if it works I can check the code? this would allow me to see my error's Thanks :)

Hmmm, i was thinking when the APC comes in the red HP field how to let all units exit the vechicle because once the vechilce dies the units will die to! Could be a nice addition to let units enter the APC and maybe let them count once they can better stay in or get out(Survival chances) ?
