Including a bit more information about your project might help
Besides, most people want to see some proof that you are really doing a high quality mod, so renders, screenshots, etc are probably the best way of convincing modders to join.

When I look at the banner I have to say though that this looks like something I'd play once it's released

Still there are no models! About what screenshots there can be a speech? On yours as it is possible to type people for creation mod, except for as the public request?

So you've made a logo and that's it?
You've basically asked for an entire mod team to be in charge of, asking for that puts people off.

You have to have done something before you can expect people to help - posting a logo and no information or work progress isn't going to get you anywhere.
