could you make some new skins for the upgraded morgulorcs?
its really hard in an hard match to see whats upgraded and whats not.
so perhaps you could give them more signalling armour?
it would be very nice, because also in a balanced and realistic mod you should be able to see on the first view whats upgraded and whats not.
and i would like to thank you for this fantastic modfication, it s awesame.
im looking forward playing 4.5.

I don't think that it is o important... Who minds, if you have to look twice at a unit to see whether it has heavy Armor or not, when the skin is nice^^
(offtopic: the german auenland mod doesn't exist any more )
Wow, I never thought any modder would make that- When set on Aggressive Stance, hordes now swarm much farther apart when in melee combat, making the battlefield more realistically chaotic. Also less units will stand around in the back ranks doing nothing.

That is the result of relentless coding experiments. One that actually took the least of all changes with some of the most effect, hehe. But first you have to know how to do it.

but i made the campaign with an other mapper called gnominator, thx.
TEA is also dead , elvenstar too, the comunity is dying my friend...
it is very important too see it on the first view, but i do not meant golden armour just a armourskin which signalisizes that it is upgraded

Have the new fortress textures already been previewed somewhere? I'm really curious how they look ^^

@snoopy: I don't think the community is dying. Rather the other way around. After the first hype we have experienced the low. I am under the impression that modding BfMe has gotten back some of it's former momentum.

> Yes, off course. We have a Hamachi server running SEE. Just check the link on the first page of See sub Forums...Although I know this ain't the place for this, but I gotta ask, is there like a contact list for this beta where I could get some online games with people? I would get owned, but It be fun to me, I love losing! lol.
> I don't really see why a name in a tool tip would make children not wanna play this mod. Besides, isn't there an age limit on BFME-games anyways? I mean, ppl are killing eachother in this game and I wouldn't give it to any kid under the age of 10 at least. Edit: here we go - it has an age limit of 12+ and at that age you can read pretty good I hope, and if you're interested in LotRs you would find it interesting to know his "real" name. But thanks for the praise as well!I only remember him being called Gandalf Stormcrow, oh well... I know about the other names, for all five wizards. I just thought that if you intend to have you're mod appeal to the widest possible amount of people these things should be condidered, right?
1) Don't post suggestions here about Mordor. Post in Mordor Threadone lil idea:

2) Most units have rather small differences in armor between LA and HA (low & high armor), and I find it sufficient =p

Now hes really like was in the books and movies - obsessed and mad enough to approach a fortress to get his precious, yet still a pathetic coward at heart. (damaging him to take control of him is awesome )

I must say the new gollum idea is ingenious. I want to thank whoever came up with that. Since he doesn't have the ring after "ringbearer" is killed the "ringstealer" isn't invisible, right? Because he would be invisible anymore at that point.
We all know small creatures can be sneaky even without a master ring, right?
And thank EALA for the basic setup, me for making it actually work ingame.
Originally they intended Gollum to enter the fortress much like units can enter to deliver the ring. But i guess they stopped working on the details so i had to find another way around it since the delivery system is hardcoded into a single behavior. And a second SlaughterContain-module just doesn't work.
For that selfsame reason EA abandonded the ability for troops to man the fortress, i believe.

But, without Sûl, nothing even remotely as cool as this could have been coded
