This revision improve a combo-box colors system.
Many people have problems with new system. However this isn't NPatch bug.
You should understand that if you set UseDropDownColors=yes, you MUST define AT LEAST 8 colors using MPC*!
You can't skip any color - if you define MPC01, MPC02 and define MPC04, engine will think that you define only MPC01, MPC02 and skip MPC04.
Color MPC17 is observer color.
Before this revision:
all colors that you don't define will be the first color from the [Colors] entry, usual orange.
After this revision
all colors that you don't define will be mapper by old way:
1, 5, 10, 14, 06, 12, 08, 07, 00, 02, 03, 04, 09, 13, 15, 16.
Example:

in this example you will have:
the first color in combo-box - gray (MPC01)
the second color in combo-box - black (MPC02)
the third color - blue, because you don't define MPC03, so color with index = 10 used.
the fourth color - light green, because you don't define MPC04, so color with index = 14 used.
...etc.
