Take an point in awsomeness for using a screen from a Fallout game.
And take another ten because the screen looks good.

Might I suggest putting other parts of the world around Russia? It looks wierd with Russia just floating.

Actually you are correct imarafan. Hence the name of the mod "Xenophobia" The fear of foreigners. I'll put together a game description/mini story at some point... but basically i'm trying to make each country have a unique tech whilst keeping things balanced... which is hard

ive heard about it...it was a small mod but still i dont think that they have a release as far as i know but correct me if i am wrong(and i think i am)

I've heard of the Mod MVC but i can't say i know alot about it, so if its similar in design then that just coinsidence lol.

Originally the mod was going to be like C&C Generals (even though at the time i had never played Generals) but now i've started up again i know i can't do that since several other people have done similar things...

imarafan don't let me put you off at all. The thing with this mod is i want to do alot myself and as a result that will take a LONG time to complete this mod. So you never know, you may beat me to a release
