From a quick bit of digging it seems BFG clock theirs harder than PNY resulting in BFG providing the slightly more powerful of the two.
They probably run a bit hotter and/or a bit louder in terms cooling, but they're probably slightly superior.
If you have two and link them in SLI, tho, who's counting?

I think BFG's warranty is a better deal. Or was it XFX's warranty that was really good (double lifetime warranty).
I had a BFG 5200 FX (low-end card), and everything still works after 5 years. It's been in and out of computers for a while, and even collected dust on shelf.

How can you have a double lifetime warranty? Still pretty rugged stuff there. It's nice when you get high quality stuff that just doesn't break no matter what you do to it.
