all right, ill try and simplify things a little. download the folder, and just extract it to c:/ . So, it should be at C:/Mercenaries mod . Then, make a copy of your rotwk shortcut, and change the target to:
"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king\lotrbfme2ep1.exe" -mod "C:\Mercenaries mod"
With all quotes, and assuming you installed rotwk to the default directory. try that
"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king\lotrbfme2ep1.exe" -mod "C:\Mercenaries mod"

It work but when i select the faction dropdown box at the skirmish menu i cant Find the Mercenaries
