You learn mapping, you make the maps for the campain and then you do somethings with coding i think, i do know.

You need to learn some things of you own it is going to be tough in that way.(when ask and know nothing.)Go at the tutorials learn somethings and try to do on your own.

Most likely is, but I presume it would be OK for a personal mod, ie. one that doesnt get released to the public.

You choose the level, you go at beginer and then you choose some tutorials and read.Do whatever you want then.
