"I see no reason to prolong the efforts here, it is time to move elsewhere. The Milky Way should be our next point of attack. It will easily fall, and among other things won't put up much of a resistance. They are just many futile factions, trying to put up a fight that in the end will result in victory for the Dominion anyways, I see every right to the invasion of the milky way immediately with merely a fraction of the forces we possess. Even with part of our fleet in that galaxy, it will still quickly fall to us. Infighting among the factions there will lead to an easy, and early, victory on our behalf," said the First Lieutentant General of the Sixth Commanding fleet.

"And why," asked Grand Counselor Vagan, "Would we waste resources on such an empty space. That area has nothing of value to us, nothing of value to the Dominion, and no value anywhere else in the known universe."

"Simple reasons sir. Such as several of the species there would make wonderful slaves for the Dominion. I'm sure we could offer incentives for them to simply lay down arms and join with the Dominion, for the betterment of both sides," said the Lieutenant General.

"I'm sure. I give you permission to start this invasion. Move the sixth and seventh fleets into position, and strike when you are ready Lieutenant General Calvagan," the grand counselor announced.

Lieutenant General Calvagan saluted, turned on his heels, and marched out of the council chambers. His day of glory had finally arrived. He would be invading the Milky Way galaxy, and nothing they could do would stop him.
