Erm no offence or anything Dain but this mod is already in motion elvenfury just dosnt want to update here beacuse he says people here dont like the inheritence cycle. Im trying to talk him into it though.

I don't think there's a mod in the first place. He's just messing with us. Or is he even too dumb for that?

Yeah, I'm kinda losing my patience with his annoying behaviour...

It has been reported that some victims of rape, during the act, would retreat into a fantasy world from which they could not WAKE UP. In this catatonic state, the victim lived in a world just like their normal one, except they weren't being raped. The only way that they realized they needed to WAKE UP was a note they found in their fantasy world. It would tell them about their condition, and tell them to WAKE UP. Even then, it would often take months until they were ready to discard their fantasy world and PLEASE WAKE UP

I looked. I really can't see what exactly has been done... looks like normal BFMEII with some interface changes.

Anyway, as this mod has it's own forums *laughter restrained* it doesn't really need to advertise itself here does it?

EDIT: Hang on, you've uploaded and are distributing the Eragon soundtrack... that's.. illegal yes?

And the franchise has generated a huge amount of money and a movie already.... *sigh* when there are so many GOOD books. It really takes Tolkien-rip off to a new level (more-so than even dungeon and dragons novels etc) by simply giving it the plot of star wars.

Yes, I strongly suspect so. And I would advice Elvenfury to take down the files or at least remove the links from his site.

Other than that, I enjoyed reading Eragorn and Eldest. Sure, they're not the greatest of books, but enjoyable when you're in the mood for light reading. Why shouldn't someone make a mod of it?

When I modded, I did so to have fun in what I did (and a few other reasons), not because I wanted to create an orginal mod. Being orginal is great, don't get me wrong, but having fun is the number one requirement.

As for copying other stories... I strongly doubt Tolkien's stories or Star Wars were truely orginal stories.
