How do you use the worldbuilder grove tool? Am I going to have to click like a million time sto get the trees i want?

It's better just to place them using the object tool, as the grove tool is broken afaik. It can get really boring adding all the trees in, but you get used to it. One thing you can do, is create a small forest, then copy and paste it everywhere else.
