Has anyone else experienced this? The pages load awfully slow on my end for about a week now. :good:

How much illegal stuff are you downloading at the same time? :good:
Seriously though, I've had this impression aswell sometimes, though it seems fine right now.

That's funny. Up until this very moment it was slow going, but not right now! Did you just pull a plug or something? This is the fastest it was loading for the whole past week! :good: ;) :D

I really hope it stays that way now, hehe. And no, i wasn't downloading anything when i noticed this. ;)

Edit: Taking ages again! *sigh*

It almost is always slow loading for me, takes several seconds up to a minute on a DSL connection.

It sometimes refuses to load anything now, but when it does, it does so decently quick again.

Alright I switched settings back. I switched them, but didn't post anything. I think I've found a general sweet spot. :good: So hopefully things now load (quicker).

More tweaks including a succesful kernel update (with some optimization patches), MySQL repairs/optimized all dbs and changed like two settings. Seems a lot faster to me now. Any feedback or problems are welcome.

Yea, definitelly faster. I'm still wondering why there are a lot of spam in my mailbox and junk folders...and I'm still looking for any sort of infestation somewhere in the server...

Btw, thanks for the rather quick response. I had expected it to to lie unattended for a week of good 'ripening'.

More speed! Figured out how to enable xcache for php4 and php5. It was only letting me install it for default which for the system path was php5.

Man I'm on a roll.
