What do you think could be put in to The Sims 3 to make it better(no I don't work for EA)

I think.......

Combining all Sims 2 exoansion packs as best could be done
A create an Object tool, this would let you design your own object
Inside swimming pools
If you could go to your work/school with your sims(Just to get promoted more etc)
Owning your own car
Being able to see your Neighbours houses
For those really rich people, more than 2 floors
Be able to start your own buisness
Faster
Cinemas etc
A new age category-Young Adult(would only last a couple of Ideas
Indoor swimming pools
New objects
New carrer tracks-Car company(like mechanical),TV,National politics,Actor
And more.......

Well, wouldn't that just obliterate the entire means of making money off the Sims franchise? The expansion packs are where they get all their money from!

Indeed...but how does one juggle when 2+sim families are all out at work/school at the same time?

Ehm...you can in Sims 2? You can even click on them and it will give you option to walk or go by car to get there...even tho it's like right across the street XD XD XD

In terms loading etc, I agree, but I'd like the time-ticker to tick slower so as you have longer to do stuff.

New carrer tracks-Car company(like mechanical),TV,National politics,Actor

The only one that doesn't exist in Sims 2 of those is the Mechanic one...TV, Politics and Showbiz are all fully existing careers. Everyone knows Crime is the best one tho.

yeah, nearly all the stuff you said is already in sims 2 expansion packs

oh, and cars were added in nightlife, i dont know if OFB adds them to, but nighlife was the first to have that feature

i think you will find things that do this on sites, like maybe mod the sims2.com, that has all sorts of modding and modded stuff

now i dont think this is in it, but really, think about playing it, all that would happen would be that your sims just goes and sits there for an hour or so, then leaves, so its not a very playable thing

now a variation on your already in-game idea of indoor swimming pools would be to be able to have secnd story pool, you wouldnt be able to have a pool on the top of a one story house, cause the pool would take up room underneath it, so unless you bult a house beside you couldnt build, but i was thinking it could have like glass ways so the people can look in from the story below

yeah, you could get a little pop up when the go to say "do you want to follow your sim to work/school?" and then you could help get them promoted ect

also it would be good if you could take your sims to neighbor's houses, like going to a community, but its to someone house


but most of this stuff sounds more like it would fit into a sims 2 expansion, not a sims 3

Firstly I have played very few expansion packs and I Know this would take alot of money away from EA which is why I know they wouldn't do it and blow it on EX packs

Maybe I should rename, things that could be done to sims

There's a new Sims 2 expansion getting advertised on TV at the moment.
Castaway or some bollocks liike that.

For me The Sims loses any entertainment value once you've finished building the house.

in sims 2 you can build more then 2 floors, and theres a cheat in university that lets you set how many the max floors are(its 8 i think without the cheat)
