Well the brightness can be changed easily , i am improving just need to learn how to make metal look..... and each time i spend more time mostly looking at them .

I dont think struggling to make good models and skins is the real problem. Its the fact your leading a mod where you are only a beginner modder. I think the criticisms are coming from the fact your making a mod based on low quality skins.
Maybe you should practice first and try editing ea's skins instead of skinning from scratch, and when your a bit better work on making some for your own mod-or even better make some for other mods.

I am getting better and faster at modding by each model/skin i make and i can edit them to make them good just it's hard to reskin EA's crap because they are really, really low resolution.

Having pondered this matter for a while, I'm moving this to the drawing board as it doesn't really have sufficient enough stuff to be here.
