2. It is pointless - very basic ideas, it's basically ROTWK plus a couple of factions, hardly worth a whole new game. They could at least begin to right the wrongs of BFME II. Why is Bombadil, Earthquake etc still powers? Plus EA won't listen, it's EA. Plus, RJ-ROTWK already has all those factions.

Now RA I would call (almost) a new game with everything they made (without release yet though)
Well at least the intentions of these people seem right

I personally don't understand why people are making a big fuss about it all. If it were a mod saying they either plan to, or have done, all that stuff, they would give a damn, but because they say they're talking to EA about it, everyone keeps posting and complementing very basic ideas.

And to that ^ I agree... It's just a basic mod. That's all...I personally don't understand why people are making a big fuss about it all. If it were a mod saying they either plan to, or have done, all that stuff, no one would give a damn, but because they say they're talking to EA about it, everyone keeps posting and complementing very basic ideas.
Anyways, this has nothing to do with S.E.E. other than the fact that some ppl said that SEE would fit nicely as a BFME3. To that I'm flattered, but I think it would require a lot more for that...
But don't beleive the hype about a BFME3. I've been there myself as a "victim" of a spoof =p The simple fact is that BFME-concept is dead to EA. Trust me on this. I've made numerous attempts as a journalist to contact them as politely and "grown up" professionally as I could... The response was always: __________ ! - Nothing, nada, zip, zero! BFME is DEAD, and it's actually guys like us at T3A that keep the "dream" of an interactive Middle Earth alive and in the process "help" EA sell the final copies of that game-genre

My sister would probabley run away when she saw an orc lol.
Its a shame that bfme3 was never made. Ok ok i know this is EA we are talking about but they have done some good games but a rts game with the new graphics engine would be awesome. (Supreme Commander has allready done this)

I can assure you "EA" can make more than 2 games at onceThey wouldn't have enough time to make it, as they are making Army Of Two and the EA sports games.(they make kool games) but are crap company.
In fact, EA isn't even a developer, it's a publisher

Army of Two is EA Montreal. A completely different bought-out company. EA Sports is a completely different brand altogether, and they're located in Flordia (Tiburon), Canada.
I get fed up of iterating this point. Does noone in the BfME community know where what they buy comes from and just assume all the time :(?
Finally, EA will not likely purchase or publish a mod project, especially an RTS based one.
