Well, I'd love to help you, but I really don't know what exactly it is that you want.
Could you be a bit more specific?

You'd need to tell an admin descriptions and so on for the forums you want done...

On a sidenote: Love your quote from Niels Bohr Solinx. He was a danish scientist (And i'm danish xD) So i'm familiar with his work =P

A hosting request. Alright, something went wrong in the progress then, or you would have at least been contacted about that.

Could you resend all hosting details to either Mig Eater or CodeCat?
They are the ones in charge of hosting at the CNC Guild.

I do not think that changing a projects names influences the leaders ability to complete it.
Most of your posts are either bumps, nags, irrelivant to the thread or requests, which does sorta indicate you are incapable of completing your project without someone doing it for you. Nobody is ever going to frown upon someone who needs help, its just when you don't show you can do anything yourself that people might get somewhat pessimistic.
As you yourself pointed out, you have applied for hosting before, which shows a lack of comitment to the project, so even if you were hosted theres no indication you'd ever go anywhere with it anyway, and you are yet to include any detailed information on gameplay changes or demonstrate and modifications made of graphics created in your applications.
There is nothing stopping you from working on whichever mod you feel like now, hosted or not, as generally people mod on their computers rather than in forums anyway. There is nothing stopping you from posting in the general forums provided either.
If you think you can complete this project, make a start before asking for hosting. Show us you can plan out, begin, supply relivant resources for, and continue to work on something, then you might be contacted about hosting.

Finally, I think we all love the Bohr quote

Their answer is that not only the project itself is reviewed, but also the probability that the modder who requests hosting is able to finish the project.

The projects may have passed, but they think you won't be able to finish them. Untill you get more experience and/or do preparation work on the mods you wish to make (Complete say 15% of the mod), Mig Eater won't accept your project applications.
