Hello everyone! The demo of UAW was released. This means that you can now play a tutorial of the game, as well as the first two missions from the Hierarchy campaign of Universe at War: Earth Assault by paying absoletelly no cent for it. This also means that you can finally start modding the game, since you can actually test your mod o your home. Use FinalBIG to open the .meg files and WordPad++ to edit the XML files. Multiplayer testing games does not allow it, since everybody needs the same version and... the game usually is unstable.

In the following days, we'll create more sections here dedicated to mod the game, but for now, download the demo from one of its sources:

-> GameSpot
-> GamersHell
-> Fan Gaming
-> FilePlanet
-> 4players.de
-> Action Trip
-> Atomic Gamer
-> File Shack
-> File Front
-> ComputerGames.ro

Thanks Petro-Gamers for the links. Note that for some of them, you may need to be registered on their sites. If you don't want to register on these sites, try GamersHell.

By the way, our Petrolution's tip of the day: extract the musics from Music.meg. They are all mp3, so you can listen to them with almost every media player. It's Frank Klepacki at its best. Have fun!

Good to know, however my PC doesn't meet the minimum specs.

Soul 2.4

Background process. Has something to do with some activity going on somewhere. Sorting junkmail, I think. No value or interest. Doesn't do much except hog resource.

What do you get when you take X-COM, Stargate, Gundam, Macross, put them together and have the people who made Commander & Conquer make a game out of it? This horrid abomination of shit.
