If you have photo shop, you could easilly improve the damaged parts by using black painted areas and cracks (it requires that you use a decent amount of layers and make sure to play around with opacity levels and make use of multiply).

Burn, Dodge, Smudge and TransformNice building I have one suggestion though, try to add shadows on the bib shape. The damaged parts has already been mentioned so I do not see any point in commenting those but I can give you some advice.
