Hmm it doesn't seem to like the <?php include ("inc/footer.txt"); ?> line.
Prehaps try <?php include('inc/footer.txt'); ?>
With out the quotes. I don't use quotes i use '

well PHP expected a string when it got a different data type (hint: always use $ at the end of variable names and use quotes always)

it depends if you used ' or " before in the script

are you sure you used " and not '' in the footer include line, because that would get that exact error
