so, we have another giant infected now now (hey, what should we call the big infected's? cause we need to come up with a name, like shamblers and sprinters, maybe just call them giants?)

it is a very cool story so far, i guess in the end or later on we will go to this place where they alpha is, and kill the guy who is making them, but that wont be for a while, will it?



anyway, what does anyone else have to say about Chapter 2A?

Uh, I actually pictured them more just like an exceptionally large, pretty decayed human when they first came in. Like...very exceptionally large. But not particularly mutated, no.

well, something like that, sorta (maybe bigger, and slightly different, but you sorta get the idea from the images)



hey, you know how alpha is the big one, and he turns back into normal, does he turn back into a shambler/sprinter, or a normal person, i think it would make more sense for him to turn into an infected when he goes normal

If my character was more intellectual i would call them 'Brobdignads', but unfortunately he's a wussy kinda guy(with hidden angry depths, but still pretty pussyish), so I'll call them hulkish corpses, giant decaying mounds of flesh, and of course, huge mother fuckers(it has kinda got a ring to it)

But on topic: I'm really hoping that the story isn't just they created the zombies because they are evil blah blah blah. I'm almost hoping that the scientist is looking for a cure, but has been held thrall by the mind reading beast he created. The guards are just thralls, not knowing about the inner politics of the group.

Don't worry, we'll keep it decently ungeneric (it's a word now.) Also relatively ambiguous. Blodo's mysterious plot does give a good platform...

i just imagine he made/found the virus accidentally, but now commands them, so i just imagine him in his big facility, with these zombies wallking around doing what he says

maybe it would have been cool if he was originally looking for a cure, but instead made the first big one(which might have died already, being unstable or somthing) so then he could help himslef, and is making more


also, depending on where this story is going, he could actually be a puppet being controlled by somthing/someone eles,

man, when we get to him, i can imagine him turning himslef into a big motherfucker, and going all super strong on your asses


maybe he's working for a company, with evil intentions, and he just enjoys his work


maybe demons are coming, and they are controlling everyone, and the virus was made by the demons, and now they are coming


really, there are a lot of possiblities, im sure it well be a cool storyline, so im not worried

(i wonder what eles is going on out there, you know, we just know about this one facility, what if they are all over the world, or somthing)

A good point, but actually it'd be great if you could keep chucking out these ideas. I'm not 100% final on the plot so you may well influence the storyline
I'll give you one clue; The Doctor is not the top of the pile.

Well, if you ever want any ideas im here, im always coming up with ideas for things.


So i guess whenever i think of something that could be cool, ill tell you guys
(or do you want me to PM them to you?. so, as darkskul said, it doesn't just look like you are copying what ive said, that way, if you do choose to use some of my idea's, it wont give away most of the story to everyone else).



but, if you don't mind me just blurting them out here, im fine with doing that too

it would be easier to come up with heaps of idea's if i knew basically how you wanted the story, but i don't want to spoil the surprise for myself, so don't tell me


one idea i had was that some time later on, we get picked up by a military rescue team, that are going around trying to save people, then we could either have it we crash land and get stuck again, or they take us somewhere new and then the infected attack there too, or they actually turn out to be bad guys, and we have to fight them or somthing

There has been a certain degree of tension with the military previously, mainly from Darkman. And John Doe still wants to go back to the military base.

So I was just wondering, are you guys actually still reading 2A? 'Cos I was talking to War_Angel and it turns out he hasn't been, so had no idea what was going on with Gary and Alpha. Which may explain why there's been some confusion on the matter
