If you are doing arnor after its destruction and are making a wigh army i would suggest a dead tree and some skuls facing outwards instead of stars

I agree with LordIstari, The Half Moon should represent Ithilien.
To Seraphes:
Even after the Fall of Arnor, the Dunedains still kept the Royal sign of Elendil as their symbol, so i think it should the sign of Elendil

EDIT : But im REALLY want to learn
EDIT2: I'm working on a version of the symbol , I will add the silver and gold colors on the helmet and do some changes more But the first i'm going to do is to make the helmet more like Elendils helmet
