Ok this is just a weird bug just crashes when ever I play as yuri and if I play against yuri it gives me that situation of a country with out MCV (automatic win) quite probably something wrong in the code just wondering if you can get some kind of clue where

Ah that fixed it I was missing some artmd ini code since I messed with the yacnst and Ltnk entries for my last rulesini but pasted fresh codes of them fixed my problem

what kind of error you have?
(IE, windows default, nothing, else)

I changed some code in NPAE but it seems to me that problem in another code.
can you upload Watson report?

It appears that Immunity to EMP does not work again. Was fixed in RPCE but dont work anymore.

The new revision #0011 I think will fix Windows 2000 problems.
It will be released at the nearest time :)

No rush, I'm having fun playing Batman: Vengeance....but would like to get up to speed on modding.. I've taken a break for way too long.....no use building without a base.

Will it also fix Immunity bug that I posted above? Check it out immunity is a great logic

Immunity works with EMP on some weapons but when its cellspread it dont work

I have a problem with coding Nuke Clones. Two clones supposed to have different Weapons (Cluster and Chem) but instead i have moth Clusters or both Chemical Missiles like if one clone overwrite another. Can anyone conform is this a NPAE bug?

I cant post codes. I dont have a internet connection at home. But i can answer that both weapons are valid and have different [names] and uses different projecties, WHs.

then do it one of the following:
transfere a text file with the codes of a floppy/memorystick
Wright it down on a sheat of paper
or the best sulation,
get internet :p
