Guardians can't combine with MoD archers either.

Noticed a few oddities while playing Gondor in wotr.

Gondor Pikemen have Gondor Tower Guard when their tooltip comes up.
Gondor Archers have Dunedain Archers as same as one above.

Real strange: im fighting dwarves in rts battles and i get dwarven messages: i.e. "theres their buildings"

The Witch-King likes to die mysteriously upon mounting/dismounting the Fellbeast, especially when he's below 1/2 health. Not sure what that's about or if it's a glitch though.

His health bar is just messed up...When he's at half he's almost dead. Very annoying as a mordor player :wacko:

I was playing rohan for the first time in a while and found a few bugs. I didn't see them on the list so Ill post them:

Rohan:
radagast gets his eagle summon power recharged when switching from foot to eagle and I think he gets full heal
radagast can have the ring on his eagle and has glitchy flight patterns when he does
rohan axriders are not affected by summon rohirrim

Just came this bug while playing Mordor in WOTR and I suspect could also concern RJ major heroes such as Carthean, Prince Imrahil, Faramir, and the other Arnor heroes.

I lost some territories to the enemy AI. Enough for Burzolog to die on the LWM. I revive him in Umbar in a battle. After the battle, his army leader banner doesn't show up, and he's in the hero slot just like the Nazgul would be in.

That's new...the only thing I knew about for wotr bugs is that if you auto resolve with a new hero and lose, you get a game.dat.

Isengard:

The warg rider banner carrier spawns independent wargs that aren't part of the battalion. It was a FU combo horde, so I dunno if that has anything to do with it.

its not just Isen issue

it happens a lot after recieving some mass killing efect

for example, my combo swords got hit by 2 or 3 catas, and many times happens, when more than 1/2 of the original batalion dies, that the combo group splits up. If it had BC then they start respawning independatly - but like 90% of time when this occours, i am able to combo them again ( even with each other again )

That's a problem with bfme2 combo hordes, we knew that going inn...there's no way around it.

You should be able to recombo however...make sure there's more total units than just a single batalion. IE...4 gondor soldiers and 3 gondor soldiers won't combine, as a normal horde is 8 members. I think that's how it works anyway...

I dont know if it is said but is it only for me or you all? When i make easterling archers they turn out to be Pink... And the CaH's are invisible help me please.

I got a game.dat playing Arnor in WOTR today. I won a fight via auto-resolve with Arvedui. Not sure if it matters but it was at Helm's Deep against Isengard and Elves as my ally. Will update if crashes with other three Arnor army leaders.

EDIT: Very strange bug. :p I lose Arvedui in an auto-resolve. I don't click his banner. After an RTS battle in Carrock I come to find him revived in Argleb's army as a hero, but not as an army general. Wierder yet, I didn't revive him. :p

I played with all factions and I can say:
Gondor,Dwarves,Arnor,Rohan,Goblins and Mordor are perfect.
Elves- the units from Shrine of Ilúvatar don't have powers
Angmar- there is a hero called Easterling captain. He is on level 0 and he can't make level up.
Isengard- the hero Uglúk don't have powers
MotE- the two wizards and a warrior hero don't have powers

Maybe Frodo can be a hero at the dwarves with Bilbo (or at the elves with Sam)

Most of those are already known...As for the units without powers....well, they have powers in the process...

found a bug but its probably aready fixed but... i was MotE and was playing in Harad with a brutal mordor and got an inn and purchased ally with mordor then mordor was about to capture it and the game crashed. He probably did get it and then sense you cant ally with yourself i geuss it crassed .

Hi,

first of all I must say this is a great mod. I was playing it for the first time for Arnor in skirmish: here are some bugs that I have encountered:

1) Dunadain archers - I can purchase fire arrows only after when i purchase fire stones in siege works - otherwise - there is a missing tooltip in "purchase the fire arrows. (view screenshot)
2) I made alliance with Istary, but I can´t recruit them. I don´t see them in any building.
3) Arnor royal knights - call themselves from Dol Amroth - but it can be ok if there is no other sound. But when I click on them, there is no blue cloud on the ground as in other units.

I will test every nation a little bit more and I will write here the bugs. :-) A propos, I cant wait to see the new version. :-)

2) The Istari alliance doesn not let recruit the Istari. It's to make the Istari stay longer if you summon them using the 25pp.
3) There are no other sounds indeed.
