When I Played BFME II and RoTWK I used a program called FinalBIG to open the files in the gamefolders and change some of the data. Among other things I wanted the heroes to be stronger. But in this mod the gamedata-file is an INC-file, and it makes it impossible to change any data whatsoever. Do you know any program or anything I can do to open this file and change some of the data? thanx!! (PS: I don't play online!)
