How do you use w3d viewer to view a model with a new skin?

92% of teens have moved onto rap. If you are part of the 8% that still listen to real music, copy and paste this into your signature

Simply make sure the model and it's new skin are in the same folder when you open the model with the viewer.

Whenever I try to view the model, it says there is an internal application error and it must close.
