I have a problem , I was doing some coding stuff in BFME , and now elven warriors can't toggle weapon .Could you tell me what files have connection with that weapon toggle ??

Kwen probably meant rohanhordes.ini, where the actual logic of toggling is applied (with GrantedWeaponCondition/RevokedWeaponCondition).
