January 2, 2008, my father passed away. He was a good friend to all he was around. He may not have fought in a war, or saved a life, but he was a hero, my hero, and he still is. I hadn't told him the news I had been waiting to tell him for about a week....I'm getting married dad, that's what I was going to tell him, that probably would have killed him too. I don't want to say how, and why, but it's been a difficult month. I would like to say thanks to all who have sent their sympothies.

I'm sorry to hear that a someone special passed away in your Vanguard. Belive me, I know how it feels to lose someone close.
Few years ago i lost my Grand grand mother and I didn't get to fill the promise of visiting her atleast once more.
About a year ago my pet rabbit passed away during a night. I was silenced by sorrow to such a level that i didn't say much during the whole day. When I got back home i made him a small wooden cross.

I feel your pain, Vanguard. My father passed away in September 2 years ago while I was in college. I have recovered from grieving, but I won't forget about what happened forever.

Sorry to hear you sadness. To be honest, my father was passed away 4 years ago on the X-Mas days. I hope you have a nice life in the future.
