Now, have you played Remix 3™, and in the admist of pretty explosion and orginal units, you click on one and you hear thier little voice, and you think: "Gee, That doesn't sound to good."?
Well, here is your chance to -fix- that little slip-up! Post lines of either generic or specific units you feel have been wronged acustically, and we will fix it!

It doesn't matter that there is another topic for it. Let it be. It may keep phoenix from polluting the other topics.


The Hellchild from Flame gen uses the American commanche voice.

Instead, let it use the Helix voice or the inferno cannon voice. (with out the "Helix on the scene, or Inferno cannons loaded" if possible)

Not the only problem. If the voice squeeks or can't keep a note or a word, then there will be one hell of a problem trying to mellow out the voice. And of course I can make it deeper, and keep it at the same speed, but its alot easier if we just get a good vocal sample to work with in the first place, so it still sounds somewhat natural.

Sure, it's fine for you to BASE them off some of them, but a direct copy-paste is a bit too much.

ShockWave strives to be unique and you stealing the lines really doesn't help us.

I downloaded a program called shit talker the other day. Hilarious, you can hold prank calls with it and you can change the voice to things like old woman, choir boy, steven hawking etc

however, there were some voices that were perfect for Robot gen. There were 3 differnt robot voices.
I typed in different phrases and it sounded pretty shit hot for robot. What I had in mind was that some robot units say very similar phrases but in the different voices. The other other mechs would keep thier current "voice" but i think that some of them need to sound a bit different. I will get the WAV's uploaded as soon as I can.

They are monotone voices, quite deep and are quite simple so that you can get that robot feel... no emotion etc

The three unit groups in mind are ;

The cyborg troops (rocket troopers/machine gunners)
The HK Mechs
The Ironman mech (or Fanfir... or a heavy mech)


Cyborg

Unit creation: "Systems online"

Idle voice (when you click on it) :

"Sensors optimal"

Moving Voice :
