I'm not sure if this is even close to right.... :/ the EMP Weapon tutorial isn't that clear (in my opinion)... is the EMEffect=yes supposed to be on the weapon, warhead or both??

and spread does not work anyone... use CellSpread=....
and EMEffect on warheads only..
