The first two are just fountains/towers with a tree...and the last one is rivendells current well, without the dome top and with water added :)

i know, its just a concept...The main idea is to make it look like a forest. I did that in 5 secs lol, I just wanted u all to see what i meant, of course its a fountain with a tree, why are u so mean lol.
Please be open-minded Im no modeler nor anything, I just had that idea and wanted u to visualize it (yes, I could have done it better, and i should have done it better :) cause yoda will laugh at me! xd) hehe

I'm not trying to be mean or laugh, but it's got nothing on NN's or Mikes :) I mean, it's just a tree and a fountain...takes two seconds to make :wink_new:

Yup, thats why I think something like that should be the healing and buffing structures for Mirkwood...with trees fitting their fortress and other structures, I believe it would be cool

I thought the idea of "trees" for "Mirkwood" was pretty self-explanatory.

Here's an idea, i really love the noldor warrior armour (gold with the helmets and the crest on) So why don't you make that the heavy armour version of lindon elves (or maybe the normal version of the lindon elves) you could tone them down a bit and make them only have swords or bows, not toggle between both. I think their armour is REAL elvish wartime armour. It looks really good :D

This isn't one of these bad looser moans (although it looks like one), i was playing a 2vs 2 match with Yoda, and i was thrashed with an army mainly built up of archers. Now personally i think archers shouldn't be able to take down an entire camp, EA sure thought so.

But the game did make me realize that unlike playing against the ai, games dont drag on for over an hour, which was one of my worries.

Your army got killed by me cause you'd send everyone at half of it, they'd run, and the other half would shoot. Then you'd change directions, and my halfs would switch :p

But normal archers suck v buildings, 800cp of STA upgraded archers do not

800cp of STA upgraded archers

Remind me to never play against you, because that sounds scary :p

Technically, upgraded archers should be even better against buildings than upgraded swordsmen - no sword, no matter, how good, can bring down a building, but fire and magic can.

Build me an army worthy of Mordor!

Isengard's cavalry isn't that nice :crazed: He tried a few hordes though, and they did pretty well until the rest starting attacking them :w00t:

Using that many elven archers against a faction with only short range archers and bad cavalry... you're a bad person :p

Be a man, do it against Rohan :p

I have noticed something maybe "off" playing as the Elves. I'm sure this is like when Gimli had it, but does Legolas having a leadership(at level 10) seem so? :p

I had a thought for the Elves and I'm not sure if we're supposed to be posting Suggestions in this thread or the Elves thread under the Faction Topics but here it is:

I like that Lorien doesn't use Walls anymore but my thought was to maybe give an option to "build trees" so to speak. It would follow the same process of building Walls, but instead it would be a close tree line being built that units could pass through but would give Lorien units the advantage of stealth. Basically, it wouldn't be nearly as effecitive as walls in terms of keeping units out but it would give the Elves somewhere to station defensively and in my opinion, would help make the Lorien bases look more foresty. And yes, I know they have the Fortress power that plops a mini forest down but I still think this would be really cool.

I particularly think this concept would work really well with Mirkwood. Rivendell seems like more of a "walls" team but that's debatable.

How is having one single Mallorn tree for a resource building realistic or logical at all in the first place? :p
