I'm just stuck with how I would put them in. I dont want to have them as a regular unit, because then isengard would be pwnage...

A Spellbook summon I say...
Trolls of the Mountains, or something... After all, they can be captured cave trolls, or "captured" :thumbsupsmiley: Ah whatever, not breed :D
Would probably be tier 3 though, and 6 trolls are summoned... or a tier 2 with 3 trolls... ;)

Perhaps the neutral Cave Troll Lair could serve a purpose? Instead of destroying it like other factions you could come up with a way to recruit the Trolls already there..

Perhaps give one of the Isengard Orc/Uruk heroes (Lurtz, Ugluk, Sharku) an ability to "intimidate" any neutral creature into joining you permanently? Once you've done that, you could upgrade the Cave Trolls with heavy armor to get the Isengard Trolls.

And perhaps the Goblins/Wargs as well? Could turn into quite an interesting game mechanic.
Seems like the easiest method would be to edit - or reverse engineer - the BFME2 'Untamed Allegience' power.
Gah, now I'm rambling :rolleyes:

EDIT: I'm no coder, so I dunno whether or not the concept of reverse engineering is even possible for this game. So..I'm mainly going off of logic, lol.

one of the things I hated most of Bfme2
