I finished this series last weekend, and man was it an emotional rollercoaster.

It's a good anime, with tons of character parallels that you can draw to Melancholy. Anyone else seen it?

Well I seen the original Kanon 2002 version with an OVA. Started the 2006 and up to where he meets the orange haired girl that tried to get revenge. The added length to 2006 sure adds more to enjoy.

Indeed it does lol, Havnt seen the 02 version, but did watch the OVA by accident, after finishing the 06 series of course so didnt spoil anything.

Much better animation style, Makoto FTW lol.

Lol, a new Kanon trademark from episode 5 or 6ish. Trying to speak then turning it into a half sneeze half word. This time the monsters in the hallway seem to be invisible...hmm. Alrighty this is different in a few ways now, sweet.

Kanon 2006, now at ep 18 I think? I'm glad they made a remake which now redoes every scene that was in 2002. Damn it managed to get more magical and more hitting to your emotions and glad someone here on Revora forums respects it. Too bad not many people do though like Spice and Wolf + Ergo Proxy :(. I'm liking the new and old iconic stuff with some also carrying over to Clannad like the Ant Eater and the frog. Heck even the memories :wink_new:

Like it says in my sig, 18/24 eps :p Well in a way Clannad does follow certain stuff like I said above. Hmm....another sad moment now being stretched out in a more unique way since it ain't stuck in 12 short episodes and an ova. Now I have to wait for Clannad to catch up so I can continue watching it, I've been left on a cliff hanger.

Oh and something being related to Clannad

and I saw this article the next day after I finished that ep of Clannad.
Lastly how possible do you think half the people in that town are Foxes and Wolf's? (In Kanon then in reality)

and i'm done with it. Damn this is re watchable later down the road. Damn, the graphics and the way they animated the serious parts really caught my attention more then in then in the 2002 version. That was something like what I seen on a youtube video and damn I stood there watching the screen shocked as the credits rolled by. Must say this was well done but the minor characters could have been given slightly more air time but ah well very good still. 9.5/10 :mad2:

Well it makes you wonder how precious your memory of life is :p Eat more olive oil! Anybody else going to comment or is this just going to die now?
