Hey all.

So far, progress on my mod has been good and so thanks to a few of you guys for your help in answering earlier questions.

Since I began my foray into the tricky but cool world of modding (I'm still a noob at heart and loving it haha) I have learned quite a lot in only a month. Recently, I added three new powers to the Nazgul; two for Khamul and one for Morgomir. Easy enough really.

So when it came to exporting poor old Gamling, I figured it'd be pretty straight forward. Nup! Seems I'm a bit stuck again

I checked all references to him to make sure I removed any ";" so he's no longer sidelined, and then added his file to my mod's .INI.

Finally, I made sure he was buildable in the Player Template and I added one more genericrevive slot in the Men's Fortress, and then......Nothing.

Meh, he's not there! Why is this? How come I can't build him? Funnily enough, I think in some way he's added, because I've noticed the radial thing for selecting a hero's portrait has shifted around a bit, but his portrait isn't there so no worky.

Have I missed something obvious?

Have you added a button for him ? Im not sure if he already has it but better check.

Okey I checked and if you are using EA's premade Gamling.ini, right at the beginning is

; ButtonImage for Heros is button image on Hero Select UI to select hero. HI = HeroIcon or HeroImage.
;   ButtonImage = HIGamling

It should look like this

; ButtonImage for Heros is button image on Hero Select UI to select hero. HI = HeroIcon or HeroImage.
	ButtonImage = HIGamling

But, even if that doesnt work, try to replace HIGamling with HIAragorn because Im not sure if the HIGamling exists.

Hi! Yeah I ha removed the ";" I spotted that one

However, you were right. The button doesn't exist. When I replaced it with another, like Aragorn's like you said, he was there, and recruitable. However, given that he uses Boromir's skin and voice, I don't see a lot of point in keeping him so I've got rid of him anyway. Nevermind, thanks for your help, you were right

he don't use the boromir skin, he  have is skin: see gamling is green with a rohan shield, boromir is blue with a gondor shield
